Apple's standard license

Scribbloons is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement, also called the EULA, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to that agreement. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement applies.

Who the app is for

Scribbloons is made for families. Kids should use it with a grown-up nearby. Grown-ups are responsible for purchases and for watching where kids walk while they use AR, so look around for tables, stairs and other obstacles.

Your drawings and videos

You keep all rights to your drawings, pictures and videos. They stay on your phone, and we never receive them, so we do not get any license to them. Only scan and share things you have the right to use, and be kind when you share.

Using the app

Please use Scribbloons for its normal purpose. Do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, and do not use it to break the law.

Scribbloons Pro subscription

• What you get. Free keeps 2 creatures. Pro unlocks unlimited creatures, Dance Party, hats and props, and videos with no watermark up to 60 seconds.
• Price and length. Weekly for USD 4.99 with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or yearly for USD 39.99. The price you see in the app when you buy is the price you pay, plus any taxes.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Cancel or manage. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also tap the gear icon in Scribbloons and choose Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Apple handles billing and refunds, not us. Ask Apple if you need one.
• Restore. If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account.

Purchases and parental controls

Purchases go through Apple. To control what kids can buy, use Apple's parental controls, such as Ask to Buy and Screen Time.

Changes to the app

We may update Scribbloons, add features or change them over time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.

No promises it is perfect

We work hard on Scribbloons, but it is provided as is. We cannot promise it will always work, that every drawing will turn into a perfect creature, or that AR will work on every phone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
